First-timers usually start with BC Combo 2: a snow crab cluster, a pound of crawfish, shrimp, sausage, corn, and potato. If your crew argues about what to get, the four-catch BC Combo 4 settles it. Craving crab legs and nothing else? Order snow crab by the pound off the a la carte board and keep it simple.

Every boil is built in two choices. Pick your sauce — BC Cajun for straight classic spice, BC House for the buttery garlic version regulars keep coming back for — then pick your heat: Plain, Mild, Medium, or Spicy. Different levels at the same table are normal here, so kids can go Plain while somebody across from them sweats through Spicy.
