Every boil starts with your catch. Then comes your sauce and your heat. The whole thing lands with corn, potatoes, sausage, and permission to ignore the silverware.
Our BC House sauce is the regulars’ move—buttery, garlicky, bold, and made to find every corner of a crab leg. It is messy on purpose. That is the point.
